Chilean Sea Bass Fillet from Beer Recipe

Most people have bad impressions with drinking beer. Let me introduce you to the usefulness of beer by introducing you to this recipe. This is good for those who are trying to learn about cooking Chilean sea bass recipes with beer or wine. Let me make it clear that we are not going to use beer as a drink but as an ingredient to make a good tasting fish or Chilean sea bass recipe. This recipe uses fish fillets but feel free to experiment on whole fish. You can try this with fishes like sea bass, salmon or any white fish. It usually takes about 15 minutes to prepare this and an additional 10 minutes for cooking. This recipe can serve up to 6 persons.

To start cooking this recipe, you have to collect the following ingredients:
-one cup of an all purpose flour
-one teaspoon of salt
-a teaspoon of baking powder
-half teaspoon of dried dill weed
-three fourth cup of beer
-half cup of milk
-two pieces of eggs
-one and a half up to 2 pounds of white fish fillets
-vegetable oil for frying

Collect the ingredients above to start cooking. Get a large bowl and put the flour, dill and baking powder in there. Mix them up then add the beer, eggs and milk as well. Place the fish fillets in the bowl. Mix them up until the fishes are well coated. After mixing, let it stand for about 15 minutes. After doing this, get your deep fryer ready and heat it up to 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C. Take out the fish from the bowl and place them in the hot oil then fry them up until they are golden brown. If you are going to fry plenty of fish, do it in batches so you can preserve oil heat.
