Mediterranean Chilean Sea Bass Recipe

Mediterranean foods has always been my favorite and I think that it will always be a good cooking style for me. -four Chilean sea bass fillets
-1 1/2 cup of white wine
-two tablespoons of chopped garlic
-three tablespoons vegetable oil
-four cups of seeded and chopped tomatoes

-one fourth cup kalamata olives
-three tablespoon butter

Preheat the vegetable oil in a large skillet together with a lid. Combine the onions and cook them until they are a bit soft and then add up the garlic and continue cooking until it is fragrant.
