Mediterranean Chilean Sea Bass Recipe

Mediterranean foods has always been my favorite and I think that it will always be a good cooking style for me. Ingredients:
-four Chilean sea bass fillets
-1 1/2 cup of white wine
-two tablespoons of chopped garlic
-three tablespoons vegetable oil
-four cups of seeded and chopped tomatoes
-two tablespoon capers
-one fourth cup of fresh chopped parsley
-one fourth cup kalamata olives
-three tablespoon butter

Preheat the vegetable oil in a large skillet together with a lid. Combine the onions and cook them until they are a bit soft and then add up the garlic and continue cooking until it is fragrant. After this, combine the tomatoes and cook them for around four minutes and then pour in the white wine, capers and olives. Bring them up into boiling and then turned them to simmer.
