Mediterranean Chilean Sea Bass Recipe

Mediterranean foods has always been my favorite and I think that it will always be a good cooking style for me. Since I like this style of cooking, I decided to add a Mediterranean Chilean sea bass recipe here and I hope that you try this out for yourself. One of the things that I like about this recipe is that it contains healthy ingredients such as garlic and Vidalia onions. And let us not forget that cooking Chilean sea bass recipes with ingredients that are good for the health can give you a maximum satisfaction. It would usually take around 20 minutes to cook this sea bass recipe and this is actually a simple one so you will definitely enjoy cooking this. I prefer using Chilean sea bass fillets for this but if you want you can just use raw and unsliced Chilean sea bass.

Ingredients:
-four Chilean sea bass fillets
-1 1/2 cup of white wine
-two tablespoons of chopped garlic
-three tablespoons vegetable oil
-four cups of seeded and chopped tomatoes
-two tablespoon capers
-one fourth cup of fresh chopped parsley
-one fourth cup kalamata olives
-three tablespoon butter

Preheat the vegetable oil in a large skillet together with a lid. Combine the onions and cook them until they are a bit soft and then add up the garlic and continue cooking until it is fragrant. After this, combine the tomatoes and cook them for around four minutes and then pour in the white wine, capers and olives. Bring them up into boiling and then turned them to simmer. You can now add the Chilean sea bass fillets and then cover the skillet with the lid. Continue cooking for 15 minutes or until the fish fillets flake when you pierce them with a fork. Then take out the fish from the skillet and then turn the heat to high and cook until you reduce the amount of sauce by one third. Pour in the parsley and butter and then season the sauce with salt and pepper.
