For this new recipe I have decided to add another one of my pan seared Chilean sea bass recipes. One of my favorite ingredients in this recipe is the Pear Vinaigrette dressing which is very delicious. For some additional information on this dish. This is best served as a main dish. It will usually take 15 minutes for someone to prepare and mix the ingredients. And then it takes about another 15 minutes to cook this recipe. I think I would want to add other variety of pan seared Chilean sea bass recipe in my succeeding posts. But for now, let us start cooking this recipe.
Here are the ingredients that you would need for this dish:
-four pieces of Chilean sea bass fillets, six ounces each
-fresh ground black pepper
-salt
-pepper
-three fourth cup off pear vinaigrette dressing
-two tablespoons olive oil
-4 cups off mixed vegetables including baby carrots, squash, zucchini, peas
-one fourth cup of chopped parsley
-one third cup of chopped pistachios
Once you are done collecting the ingredients above, you can now start preparing and cooking this Chilean sea bass recipe. First, you need to rinse the sea bass fillets in cold water and then drain the water. Mix the fish with salt and some pepper. Heat the oil in a big skillet in a medium high heat. After that, you can add the fish fillets and saute each side for approximately 3 to five minutes, it will also depend on the size of the fish. And then transfer the fish into a convenient tray and then drizzle each piece with two tablespoons of pear vinaigrette. Mix the hot vegetables with the remaining cup of Pear vinaigrette and then display each of them on your serving plates. Put each fish fillet on top off the vegetables. Spicy Chilean Sea Bass Recipe With Home Made Fruit Salsa
Spicy food recipes have been slowly making their way towards popularity. Aside from that, a lot of people are willing to experiment cooking spicy foods and to enjoy eating them as well. If you are a one of those people who like to eat spicy fish recipes then this new recipe posted here in cooking Chilean sea bass recipes with Yan. Now, this recipe is a bit more complicated than the usual because of the fact that we are going to make our own salsa and spicy paste for this Chilean sea bass recipe. Most fish recipes depend on salsa and other kinds of sauce in order to make them delicious. So if you can create a good salsa then cooking Chilean sea bass recipes and making it more delicious would be a piece of cake. In this recipe, we will have three sets of ingredients. One for the fruit salsa, the other one is for the spicy paste, and the other one would be for cooking Chilean sea bass. Let us now begin.
Here are the ingredients that you would need for the fruit salsa:
-one small finely chopped red onion
-one peeled and diced ripe mango
-one half juice of lemon fruit
-one half juiced lime
-1 teaspoon of chopped jalapeno or any other hot pepper
-one peeled, seeded and chopped up by
-one tablespoon of honey
-one tablespoon of chopped cilantro
-one half teaspoon of chili powder
-a pinch of salt and pepper
-one fourth cup of olive oil or vegetable oil
Two prepare the salsa, you should first remove the jalapeno seeds and then prepare all the ingredients above, combined them, mix them and then refrigerate.
Ingredients for the spicy sauce or paste:
-one tablespoon of chili powder
-one fourth cup of olive oil
-one half tablespoon of curry powder
-one tablespoon of ground cumin
-1/4 teaspoon of paprika
-one fourth teaspoon turmeric
-one fourth teaspoon of onion powder
-one fourth teaspoon of garlic powder
-one half teaspoon mustard seed, toast it in a dry sauting pan for a minute
-one half teaspoon of anise seed
To make the paste is to simply combine the above ingredients and then mix them up.
Ingredients for cooking Chilean sea bass:
-salt
-pepper
-four pieces of Chilean sea bass fillets
-vegetable oil for sauteing
-one fourth cup of flour
Once you already have the fruit salsa, spicy paste, and the ingredients for cooking the Chilean sea bass fillets, you can now start cooking this recipe. First, you should preheat the oven in about 375°. Mix the fish with salt and pepper and then coat it with flour. Spread out a thick coating of the spicy paste on the skin of the sea bass fillets. Add up two table spoons of oil to the hot oven skillet and then sear the fish skin side down. Once the skin of the fish is crispy, place the Chilean sea bass fillets in the oven and let it cook for approximately 10 to 13 minutes. Serve it with your own made fruit salsa.

As we all know Chilean sea bass is rich in what we would consider a healthy substance which is known as omega-3. Another way to make serving fish healthier is to cook it in a sauteed way. Now let me tell you that one off the unique ingredient in this recipe is the dry white wine to make this recipe tastier. I am not going to make this one long anymore so let us now start gathering up the ingredients needed for this recipe.
Ingredients:
-2 pounds off Chilean sea bass fillet
-a cup of dry white wine
-four tablespoons off combine butter and olive oil
-get a cup of all purpose flour mixed up with some salt and pepper
-two tablespoons of drained capers
Once you already have all the ingredients that you will need to get this recipe done, you would have old men up to 200° F. After doing that, or the flour in a empty bowl for dredging. Make sure that you coat each Chilean sea bass fillet with the seasoned flour and then get rid off the excess amount. Get a large nonstick skillet and then heat it up for three to four minutes.
